Privacy Policy

This policy explains how THOSAN AI ("we") handles information on thosanbds.vn and in the THOSAN ONE prototype. THOSAN ONE is an early-stage prototype; we keep data collection to the minimum needed to run this website.

What we collect

• Email you send us. The early-access form does not submit data to our servers. It opens your own email client with a pre-filled message. If you send it, we receive the email and its contents.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider may record standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability.
• Local preferences. Your color-theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It is not sent to us.

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.

The prototype

The product screens at /app display fictional sample data. They do not contain real customer records. If you use the "Ask Claude" features while the site is connected to the Claude API, the sample input shown on the screen is sent to Anthropic for processing under Anthropic's commercial terms. Do not enter personal or confidential information into the prototype.

How we use information

• To reply to your message and, if you asked, to contact you about early access.
• To keep the website secure and working.

Retention

We keep early-access emails while the conversation is relevant, and delete them on request. Hosting logs are kept according to the hosting provider's standard retention.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent us by emailing nguyenvietanh@thosanbds.vn.

Changes

We will update this policy as THOSAN ONE moves beyond the prototype stage — in particular before we store any customer business data — and will change the date above when we do.
